We set fire to things. We stick things in vinegar.  It’s pretty hard work, but we reckon its worth it.

With over 3 decades of cooking experience we have created the best tasting, most original catering experience.

Using a blend of old school bbq and pickling methods and the latest cooking methods we have created something all new and fantastically tasty.
